Where do you ship from?

We ship all the orders from our main warehouse which is located in Athens. Every product is carefully handled, from the moment it enters the warehouse until it is in the parcel travelling to you.

Do you ship to non-EU countries?

We safely ship all our products everywhere in the world, even the fresh goods. Get all the information about the shipping to non-EU countries.

How do you ship to the USA?

Yes, we ship the the US! All shipments to the United States have an average transit time of 2-4 days, We always use Air Express service to guarantee the preservation of food.

How do you ship Fresh products?

We carefully pack all the fresh products with the best packs for controlling temperature. We place products in isothermal bags, along with ice packs and use only with express service.

Are Frozen products safely sent?

All the precautions that are taken in the preparation of shipments of refrigerated products. We add extra ice packs and use the best material for preserving the temperatures.

I want to send a Gift to a friend

Of course, we can support you on this! Just let it us know as soon as you make your order: send an e-mail mentioning the order number and your special request, we will take care of it!

I want to change my order once paid

You can modify your order, remember to inform us as soon as possible! Contact us via e-mail and let us know what you wish to change. Changes are not possible once the order is shipped.

I have received damaged, missing or wrong products

In the unlucky case of broken, damaged, missing or wrong products, please send us an email attaching photos and including the order number. We are here to help you!

I have received only some items of my order, where is the rest?

With the aim of better product conservation, we may decide to split your order into two or more deliveries. Follow your order through the tracking system provided via email!

Can I refuse the parcel delivery?

Always receive the parcel even if you might have detected any problem. We are always here to help you on every kind of situation that might occur during the transit and/or the delivery.

I have a Business and need an invoice for my order

Business customers who need an invoice for the products purchased must request it immediately once the order has been paid. Send us an email and we will guide you.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually need 2-5 working days to prepare and process an order. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number.

How much is the shipping cost for Fresh Products?

It depends on the delivery address and the weight of the products. Check all the rates and conditions we have, free delivery on all orders in Europe over €139!
