Can I refuse the parcel delivery?Updated a year ago

We are always here to solve any problems that might occur during the transit and/or the delivery. For this reason, we kindly ask you to always receive the parcel, take photos of it and send them to us at [email protected]

The refusal of the parcel always triggers extra costs from the couriers that we might be forced to charge you. For your information, on average there is a 5€ charge per kg for the return of the parcel to our warehouse in Athens, Greece.
