I have received only some items of my order, where is the rest?Updated 3 months ago

Please remember that we might decide to split your order into two or more deliveries.

When an order is heavy and it includes fresh goods, sometimes we split the order into 2 or more separate shipments. This is done from us in order to better protect the state of the fresh items and to make sure they reach your place in the best possible conditions. For example, we often choose to not mix heavy goods (like bottles) with soft ones (like cheese) because otherwise there might be damages.

In this case, you will receive 2 or more different order shipping notifications with separate tracking numbers and in the end, you will receive more shipments with one or more boxes each.
