Once our team has issued a store credit to your account, you can then use the credited amount on your next orders. To use your store credit, simply log in to your account and select the option to apply your store credit during checkout. You can also log in to your account directly from the checkout page using a one-time six-digit verification code that is sent to your email address.

Remember that store credit always has an expiration date that is listed. You can check the expiration date of your credit at checkout and decide whether you want to use it for your order or save it for later.
