Our shipping rates to Europe are simple and affordable! First you need to understand if the products you are ordering are "dry products" from the classic pantry or if they are "fresh products" that therefore need to be stored in the refrigerator.

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Athens, Greece. We do not ship to Greece or the Greek islands. 

"Dry" products have the symbol 

All dry goods are marked with the ECO symbol and are generally shipped with the most economical and environmentally friendly ground service. Delivery usually occurs 4 or 5 working days after shipment.

--> SHIPPING COST OF ECO PRODUCTS: if an order contains only ECO products the shipping cost we ask is only €7.90

"Fresh" products have the symbol 

All fresh products on our site are indicated by the FRESH symbol and are always shipped with the express air service. We use packaging suitable for storing refrigerated products and add dry ice. Delivery takes place within 24/48 hours from departure from our warehouse, to guarantee correct preservation of the products.

--> SHIPPING COST FOR FRESH PRODUCTS: if an order contains FRESH products the shipping cost is shown at checkout. We know that sometimes an excessive shipping cost is not in line with our customers' expectations, even if we ship from Greece to Italy. For this reason we decided to do our part: the more fresh products you add, the lower the shipping cost!
