All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Athens, Greece. The average order preparation time is 2-5 days and may vary based on the volume of incoming orders (e.g. may be less during off-season; may be more days during peak season and specific promotional events).

Once prepared, the packages are delivered to the couriers who will take them to their destination. The Delivery of goods is provided by our partner couriers (DHL – FedEx – UPS), with the exception of Greece where internal services may be used.

If we are not able to deliver the ordered goods because of problems on product availability or any other reason, our Greek Flavours Team will immediately contact you in order to communicate the reschedule of the delivery or to find the best alternative solution together.
