I have received damaged productsUpdated 3 months ago

Always receive the package from the courier and once opened check if there is any damaged product. Take pictures of damaged or broken products and email them at [email protected] adding your order number for reference. 

Our Customer Service will support you as soon as possible to find the most suitable solution. Please take note that if you fail to notify us within 7 days of receiving the package, reports will no longer be considered.

Please never refuse delivery as it may involve very high handling costs. In the face of a refused delivery by the customer, we will be forced to charge € 5 per kg of goods shipped, which is the equivalent cost to return the goods from your home to our warehouse in Greece.
