How we ship Fresh Goods to non-European CountriesUpdated 3 months ago

We ship all the non-European orders containing fresh products only on Monday and Tuesday in order to guarantee the delivery within the same week.

We want to avoid any risk that the fresh products remain in the couriers' warehouses or at the customs for the whole weekend.

In case of large orders, more packages will be added to the shipment: it will obviously be counted as 1 shipment even if there are more than 1 packages. We remind you that it is always the recipient's responsibility to collect the fresh goods on time and immediately place them in the refrigerator in order to best preserve the products.
